Introduction
TDM5 has specific network requirements that must be met. Without these, we cannot guarantee that TDM5 will function correctly. This guide explains the necessary network requirements for using TDM5 and outlines the communication workflow used by TDM5.
Requirements
To use TDM5, the following network requirements must be met:

Allow traffic to the following IP range: 5.255.95.128/27 (or specifically 5.255.95.132 to 5.255.95.158)

Or allow traffic to the following hostnames: *.tdmsignage.com

Allow traffic through ports 80 and 443 — required to access the TDM5 web interface

Allow traffic through port 15676 — required for devices to communicate with our RabbitMQ host. This port is also used for content previews and device status in the web interface.
