TDM5 offers three types of subscriptions:
Essential
With the Essential subscription, you have access to the content creator, content scheduler, and the ability to link Dropbox and OneDrive as media storage. The Essential subscription supports only Android-based devices.
Small Business
The Small Business subscription includes all features from Essential, plus the ability to create custom data sources, use your own fonts, mail to signage, content logs, connected apps, and the Windows-based player.
Enterprise
The Enterprise subscription includes all functionality available in TDM5. Any features added in the future will automatically be included in the Enterprise subscription.
Additional Modules
You can add extra modules to both the Essential and Small Business subscriptions.
Example:
If the Essential subscription meets your needs but you want to display Power BI, you can add the Power BI module. This way, you keep the Essential subscription but gain the ability to display Power BI on your devices.
Throughout the year, more features will be introduced, many of which will be available as optional modules.
Trial Account
It is possible to create a TDM5 trial account. The trial account includes two demo licenses valid for 30 days.
During the setup process, you can choose which subscription you would like to try. This can be changed later if needed. The trial account has no limitations and includes all features of the selected subscription.
