Introduction
TDM5 allows you to create schedules for specific times and/or days. A schedule can be linked to content but also to an action like powering off your device. With this functionality you can schedule actions for events or other occasions without having to change the state of the devices manually.
This article will describe how a content schedule can be created.

Requirements
If you want to create a content schedule you need to meet the following requirements:
- Have access to: Devices > Schedules.
How To create a content schedule
- Login to your TDM5 environment.
- Select “Devices”.
- Select the menu option called “Schedules”
- Select the option ‘Create new schedule’ in the top right corner.
Fill in a name for your new schedule and press ‘Add’.
- In the next window, select the Active periods (interval).
For the 'Active periods', you can choose between once, daily, weekly.
After selecting the interval you can select the preferred time for your contents schedule.

If you want to set the content schedule for multiple days of the week, you can add more intervals.
- Once the preferred interval has been set, you can set the state of the schedule to ‘Content’.
- Select the content which you want to use for this schedule.
- Select the player or group you want to link to this schedule.
- Press the Save button in the top when you are ready with creating the schedule.
