Introduction
TDM5 offers the ability to create your own designs, this can be done using your own media files like logo’s and other company information. There are a few different methods which can be used to access your media files, these options are: the TDM5 build-in storage, OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive.
This article will explain how to link OneDrive.
Requirements
If you want to link OneDrive in your TDM environment you need to meet the following requirements:
- Have access to: Designer > Media
- Have access to an OneDrive account
How to link OneDrive
- Login to your TDM5 environment.
- Select “Designer”.
- Select the menu option called “Media”.
- Beneath the “Upload” button are 4 icons, select the OneDrive icon. This will take you to the OneDrive login page.
- If your already logged in to OneDrive your browser will automatically continue, if not you will be asked to login to your OneDrive account.
- After successfully logging in you will return back to the TDM5 environment.
- On the left side you will see a new OneDrive tab.
- A new TDM5 folder will be created in your OneDrive account, this folder will be used to store and retrieve media.
Once you have completed this step the connection with OneDrive has been setup.
