Introduction
TDM5 offers the ability to create your own designs, this can be done using your own media files like logo’s and other company information. There are a few different methods which can be used to access your media files, these options are: the TDM5 build-in storage, OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive.
This article will explain how to link Google Drive.
Requirements
If you want to link Google Drive in your TDM environment you need to meet the following requirements:
- Have access to: Designer > Media
- Have access to a Google Drive account
How to link Google Drive
- Login to your TDM5 environment.
- Select “Designer”.
- Select the menu option called “Media”.
- Beneath the “Upload” button are 4 icons, select the Google Drive icon. This will take you to the Google login page.
- You will be redirected to the Google Drive login page.
- Select the Google Drive account you want to login with.
- A page will appear saying “Google hasn’t verified this app”, select “Advanced”.
- Next select “Go to TDM5 (unsafe)”.
- Afterwards you have to agree to let TDM5 access your Google Drive.
Select “Continue”.
- When returning to the TDM5 environment you will see the connected Google Drive account.
When you check your Google Drive you will see that there is a folder named “TDM5” this is where your data will be stored.
You have now successfully connected your Google Drive to TDM5.
