Introduction

TDM5 offers different kind of subscriptions and modules which can be ordered. This can be done directly from our website or after you logged into your TDM5 environment. During the ordering process you also have the option to order plug-and-play Android players. 

Upgrading your subscription can be done from the License Plans’ page available in your TDM5 environment.

 

Requirements

If you want to update your subscription you need to meet the following requirements:

• Have administrator access to your TDM5 environment
• Have access to payment methods to update your subscription

How to update your subscription

1. Login to your TDM5 environment using an administrator account. 
    
2. Navigate to the ‘License Plans’ page to see an overview of your current subscription.
   
    
3. Below each subscription you will find an ‘Upgrade’ button. Select ‘Upgrade’ for the subscription you would like to order.
   
    
4. You will automatically be redirected to the order process page, here you can change the subscription or billing details in case needed.
   
    
5. The following page will show a ‘Pay with Mollie’ button, select this to proceed with the payment procedure. There are a few options available to proceed with the payment.
   
    
6. You will be redirected to the order page once the payment has completed. From here you can continue to TDM5 by selecting ‘Start designing!’
   
    
7. This will bring you to the dashboard of TDM5 were you can see a summary of your licenses.
   
    
8. You can navigate back to the ‘License Plans’ page to see your updated license plan.
   
    
9. You have now completed the TDM5 order process, this means you can start using your new subscription! Have a look into our knowledge base for any additional manuals.
