Introduction

TDM allows you to schedule specific pages on specific times and/or days, this guide will explain how page scheduling can be configured.

Please note that page scheduling will overrule the scheduling on presentation level for this specific page. Saving the page schedule will delete all schedules for this page on presentation level.

Requirements

If you want to schedule your pages you need to meet the following requirements:

• Have access to the playlist and the page where you want to configure page scheduling

How To schedule pages from the designer

1. Login to the designer with an administrator account: https://designer.tdmsignage.com  
   
   
2. Open “Content Creation” and then select “Pages”.  
   
   
   
3. You will see an overview of all the folders and pages where you have access to.
   
   
   
4. To schedule your page tick the scheduling button located right below the page.
   
   
   
5. A new window will open where you can configure your schedule, the following fields can be configured:
   - Start date (required)
   - End date (required)
   - Start time (optional)
   - Start time (optional)
   - Days (optional)
   - Delete page from playlist(s) automatically after scheduling is finished (optional)
   
   Once you have configured all the fields please select “Save”.
   
   
6. Once the scheduling has been configured for the page you can add it to your playlist, this can be done as followed. Open “Content Creation” and then select “Playlists”.
   
   
   
7. Open the playlist where you want to add the page.
   
   
   
8. Add the page to your playlist by ticking the ‘+’ icon on the right bottom side.
   
   
   You have now successfully configured page scheduling for your page and added the page to the playlist. This means that this specific page will only be shown during the period which has been configured, once the end date has passed the page will not be shown anymore.
   
   In case the option “Delete page from playlist(s) automatically after scheduling is finished” has been ticked the page will automatically be removed from the playlist once the schedule has ended.
   
   You can repeat the steps in case you want to create multiple schedules for your devices.
